On 1 April, we introduced the Goupil G4 Tiki Edition. It was a playful concept based on the idea of a festival ready electric utility vehicle complete with dual cocktail stations, an Aloha Vehicle Alerting System, reverse mode conga and, naturally, a Rotating Pineapple Beacon.

While hula powered regenerative charging may still be some way off, the principle behind the joke is simple. If you start with a compact, robust and configurable electric chassis, the possibilities are surprisingly broad.

The Goupil G4 has long been recognised for its flexibility across a wide range of industries. With its modular chassis, compact dimensions and ability to accept bespoke bodywork, it is well suited to applications where conventional vans may be too large, too heavy or simply not electrified!
