Goupil G4 RCV Bin Lifter

The Goupil G4 RCV features a fully sealed, watertight aluminium hopper ideal for all types of waste. Available in 2.0m³ (standard wheelbase) or 3.5m³ (long wheelbase) configurations, the innovative, rounded-bottom design facilitates complete waste discharge without residue. The lightweight yet robust construction maximises payload capacity whilst ensuring exceptional durability and corrosion resistance.

The Goupil RCV high-tip tips at 1600mm at a 90° angle, enabling efficient discharge directly into larger collection vehicles or static containers, optimising collection rounds and operational efficiency.

Engineered for versatility, the hydraulic bin lift system accommodates standard 120, 240, 360 and 660-litre bins. Its compatibility ensures seamless integration with existing waste management infrastructure whilst reducing manual handling requirements.

The hydraulic system operates reliably across all bin sizes, enhancing collection efficiency and operator safety. Push-button controls provide intuitive operation, while the independent 12V power system ensures that waste collection equipment remains unaffected by the vehicle's primary drive battery during operation.

The Goupil G4 RCV offers three distinct configurations to meet diverse operational requirements: hopper only, hopper with bin lift, and hopper, bin lift, and compaction arm for increased load density. 

Standard and long wheelbase versions offer capacity flexibility; the long wheelbase also allows the use of a 2.0m³ hopper, which can be integrated with a lockable storage box or a 200 litre pressure washer.

This modular approach allows waste management operators to specify vehicles precisely matched to their collection needs, maximising operational efficiency. 

Push-button tipping controls operate from both inside the cab and rear exterior positions, with wander lead capability providing full visibility during operations.

Comprehensive safety systems protect operators and the public throughout urban collection operations. The electronic regenerative braking system combines with dual-circuit hydraulic brakes and load-sensing compensation for reliable stopping. Multiple braking modes include automatic hill hold and transmission parking brake engagement. Full N1 road lighting compliance includes LED running lights, indicators, and hazard warnings. 

Safety cut-off switches on the side-loading doors automatically shut down the compaction arms if left open. The rear-view camera and monitoring systems enhance operational visibility and safety awareness.
