As standard, the FB1000 comes with a variety of braking system features to improve stability and control. Hydraulic drum brakes are applied to all wheels while electronic regenerative braking occurs under deceleration. In addition, we’ve included dynamic speed sensing to prevent over-speeding in all driving conditions, increasing the safety of the operator and pedestrians. The load carrier features a manually applied parking brake, however, an automatically applied electro-magnetic park brake on the back of the motor can be integrated.

To allow full customisation of the FB1000 for any application, it’s possible to choose from a number of battery options including, a 36v 185Ah lead-acid, 36v 210Ah lead-acid traction cell, or 36v 154Ah gel maintenance-free battery. We also have the option to choose from a battery fill system, or two different battery auto filler systems depending on your requirements.

Safety is of paramount importance and we include many safety features as standard on the FB1000. An amber flashing beacon, twin headlights, taillights, and brake lights are all included, with the option to upgrade with indicators, hazard warning lights, reverse lights, and a 7-pin trailer socket. Blue spot warning lights on the front and rear can also be added for an extra layer of safety.

In addition, the FB1000 also features an emergency stop button, horn, safety seat cutout (OPS) ensuring the vehicle will not operate if the driver is not seated, automatic reverse warning sound, and a maximum speed pre-setting option.

The FB1000 is available as a cabbed or un-cabbed model. If choosing the cabbed version, PVC roll up weather-proof doors, lockable slam metal doors, rear wipers, screen wash system, electric heaters, and a rear-mounted camera with a display screen, are all optional extras that allow you to customise your vehicle as required.
