Maximum speed can be pre-set to a maximum of 6mph if required ensuring the safety of the pedestrian operator while a speed limiter is applied if the 5^th wheel is raised. A body protection switch fitter to the tiller head, emergency stop button, horn, automatic audible warning in reverse, standard lighting, hazard warning lights and an amber flashing beacon are just some of the standard features included while additional options can be included.

The PT2000-AIR articulated trailer mover is a powerful yet agile electric towing vehicle boasting a large 80V AC controller. Pedestrian-controlled, the PT2000-AIR allows the transportation of articulated lorry trailers around industrial sites, aiding the organisation of sites without the need for large, cumbersome electric vehicles. With a 6-tonne payload capacity and 20-tonne tow capacity, this trailer mover is more than capable of managing the job.

The PT2000-Air articulated trailer mover features a built-in air compressor system to operate the connected trailer’s brakes adding to the variety of safety features that come as standard. Additionally, the electric vehicle has an emergency dump switch located on the tiller head. The articulated trailer mover also features electronic regenerative braking under deceleration, dynamic speed sensing to prevent over speeding and an automatically applied transmission parking brake to ensure the vehicle remains stationary when not in use.

With a 20-tonne tow-load capacity, the PT2000-air contains a powerful 80V 210Ah lead-acid battery with the option to include either a battery fill system (BFS) and low electrolyte level indicator (Blinky) or two different battery auto filler systems.
