The Bradshaw focus on service doesn’t stop once you have bought a vehicle from us. Our commitment to providing a first class after sales service offering is backed up by our ISO9001: 2000 accreditation – backing our quality assurance.

In addition we:

  • carry a range of 7000 different service items and spare parts
  • have a network of fully trained mobile service engineers both at home and abroad
  • can deliver 95% of all parts within 24 hours thanks to our computerised stock system
  • provide a same day despatch service for export customers
  • have UK service dealers

Our simple objective is to keep your vehicles running through proper, scheduled maintenance and should a breakdown occur, get it up and running for you as quickly as possible.

We only use proven and reliable component sources and we undertake an annual quality audit of all our suppliers to ensure the highest standards for our customers.

Our service dealers can provide extensive support throughout the UK operating from a fleet of specially equipped vehicles. They carry diagnostic equipment, tools and commonly used service and spare parts to ensure on-site maintenance where possible.

Vehicle servicing contracts

Bradshaw can provide ‘off the shelf’ vehicle service packages ranging from simple service contracts of four visits a year through to full maintenance contracts covering all aspects of a vehicle’s running programme.

Major service customers include British Airports Authority and Ford Motor Company – who currently operate around 200 Bradshaw vehicles from their respective production plants.
